I ORDERED AND PAID $10000 FOR AN ENGINE ON NOVEMBER 2, 2016....I AM STILL WAITING FOR ENGINE AND CAN'T GET ANYONE IN THE COMPANY TO RETURN MY CALL TO TELL ME WHERE THE ENGINE IS AND IF IT HAS EVEN SHIPPED YET...GOOD LUCK EVEN GETTING A LIVE BODY TO TALK TO YOU...AND THEN THEY TRANSFER YOU AND THEN THE WAIT BEGINS AGAIN... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I TALKED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER ON NOVEMBER 23RD AND HE ASSURED ME THAT THE ENGINE WAS SHIPPING THAT DAY....

WELL, I JUST TALKED TO GIL IN THE TRACING DEPARTMENT AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK... WE WILL WAIT AND SEE IF THAT HAPPENS...
