I made the decision to replace the engine in my 2003 Volvo instead of buying a new car and getting hooked into a long payment. I purchased a 2001 tundra motor I was told had 55k miles on it. When I got the motor, I opened up the oil cap and discovered grainy sludge on the valve. The person who answered the phone in the warrantee dept. was a patronizing *** who had no intention of helping or much less even listening to what I said.
