SWEngines - Poorest customer service of any company in the US
I ordered and engine on a late Saturday after determining needing replaced as was pulling old engine out also found tranny failure Called SW Engine first thing Monday told them I would need to cancel due issues unknown at the time of order was told to bad we took the order and regardless if it shipped or not you pay a restocking fee 560.00 dollars worth for just dealing with this company, and being hung up on twice. Tried three more times to talk to a manager was put on hold and never came back to all three time.
All this place is good at doing is taking your money and running . Very dissapointed, do like I did I turned them over to the BBB, people like this are what give good people a bad name.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
